This is our 30th year commemorative anniversary release. To commemorate and celebrate the 30th year anniversary of the release of the debut album "FROM BEYOND" released July 1st 1991.

We decided the best way to do just this was to do a newly re-imagined version of the classic title track From Beyond. This recreated version keeps to the classic OSDM aesthetics and style of the original track but with the added addition of special guest vocal appearances and guest guitar solo appearances, and the superb musicianship of the new lineup.

*Special guest vocalist includes:
Dave Rotten of the band AVULSED, Hugo Andremon of the band INNARDS, Jeff Sisson of the band TROGLODYTE, and David Ingram of the band BENEDICTION.
Special guest guitar solos were provided by Adam Scott & Tom Knizner of the band CARDIAC ARREST.

The intro "Contes Du Macabre" was created by Rob Reider/Akahon Audio. It was also originally created by Rob as a companion piece intro to coincide with the release of the Massacre Horror Anthology Comic Book (A now abandoned project.)

*Also appearing on the CD version of this single is our cover of the Anti Cimex track WAR MACHINE.

Being old-school Death Metal a lot of our members grew up on not only metal but many of us grew up on classic Crust Punk and D-beat, and what was known in Scandinavia as "Kangpunk" bands of the 80s.
Anti Cimex being one of the original "Kangpunk" bands out of Sweden is a huge influence on us and we wanted to honour that influence by covering one of their killer tracks.

*All three of these tracks from this single also appear on the compilation cassette tape release SHADOWS OUT OF INNSMOUTH (also available exclusively thru our Bandcamp page here.)

I just found these guys and after celebrating Fearsick I immediately came here and had to buy this as well. It might eben be better than Fearsick but who cares. Both are phenomenally good. Old schoolish perfection with powerful modern production. Every song is a fucking killer. mourner
